Definition: A condition
in which the medial longitudinal arch of the foot have flattened
out.
Cause: Heredity¡¢muscle
weakness¡¢ligament laxity¡¢obesity?
Problem: The foot
arch collapse lead to the over-use of the foot muscle during push
off and over-stretch of the foot ligament, calf muscle and knee
pain.
Treatment: suitable
footwear (hard heel counter control, specific supportive insole,
exercise (Jumping, Tip-toe exercise, running etc).

Definition:
A condition in which the medial and lateral longitudinal arches of
the foot have execeggrated.
Cause: muscle spasm,
muscle imbalance, Tightening of plantar fasciitis, cerebral palsy.
Problem: chronic plantar
fasciitis, heel and toe foot pain, callus, knee and low back pain.
Treatment: Total contact
insole increase to contact area and reduce pressure.
